Keto Pizza Skillet

Per serving: 440 calories, 18 g protein, 10 g carbohydrates, 37 g fat

Ingredients

  • 19 oz Italian pork sausage 
  • 10 oz riced cauliflower
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 oz pepperoni, sliced
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet brown sausage. Add riced cauliflower and saute for 2 minutes.

  2. Add pizza sauce and spread evenly on top.

  3. Arrange pepperoni on top of sauce.

  4. Top skillet with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, and serve.
