Keto ladyfingers
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Spread evenly over the lined baking tray. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes and let cool.
Mascarpone cheese

Assembly
- Place half of the mascarpone mixture in the bottom of an 8 x 8 casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Cut the ladyfingers into 3-inch strips and brush with 1 cup coffee. The more soaked the ladyfingers are the better. Place the soaked lady fingers in the casserole dish and cover with the remaining mascarpone mix. Spread evenly.1 cup coffee
