Ingredients
- ¼ cup / 60 mL olive oil
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- sea salt and pepper to taste
- 1 head of cabbage, sliced into wedges
Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 232 degrees C.

In a bowl combine olive oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.

Coat a baking dish with olive oil and lay wedges into it in an even layer. Drizzle seasoning mix over cabbage wedges, evenly.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until browned and caramelized. Enjoy!
