Ingredients
- 19 oz Italian pork sausage
- 10 oz riced cauliflower
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 oz pepperoni, sliced
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
Directions:

In a large skillet brown sausage. Add riced cauliflower and saute for 2 minutes.

Add pizza sauce and spread evenly on top.

Arrange pepperoni on top of sauce.

Top skillet with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, and serve.
