Ingredients

1 Tbsp shallot, minced

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1 Tbsp red wine vinegar

1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped

2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

¼ cup coconut oil

6 oz cream cheese, softened

½ tsp sea salt

½ tsp white pepper

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine shallot, garlic, vinegar, parsley, cilantro, oregano, and coconut oil.
