Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 4 oz unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 4 oz heavy cream
- 5 Tbsp erythritol
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Chocolate shavings/cocoa powder as garnish
Directions:

Put all ingredients into a food processor, except the garnish chocolate. The softer the butter and cream cheese are, the smoother the final product will be.

Once all ingredients are mixed well, spoon batter into ice trays and shave chocolate on top of the spooned-in batter. (You can also substitute cocoa powder for chocolate shavings as garnish.)

Refrigerate for 2 hours.
