Keto BLT Sticks

Ingredients

  • 8 strips cooked bacon, not very crispy
  • ½ cup / 29 g iceberg lettuce
  • 12 cherry tomatoes

 

  • 4 4-inch / 10 cm bamboo skewers

Directions:

  1. Cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces. Cut the lettuce into similar-sized pieces. 

  2. Start by piercing a tomato with the skewer, then pierce bacon and lettuce pieces in the same way. 

  3. Each skewer will have a tomato on both ends and one tomato in the middle, with bacon and lettuce between the tomatoes.
