Keto Almond Butter Pine Nut Fat Bombs

Ingredients
- ½ cup / 120 g natural almond butter
- 6 oz / 170 g cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp liquid coconut oil
- 1/8 cup powdered monk fruit sweetener
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup / 140 g raw pine nuts
Directions:

Combine almond butter, cream cheese, coconut oil, monk fruit sweetener and vanilla, mixing to make a dough.

Pour pine nuts into a bowl.

Portion dough into 9 equal balls, about 2 Tbsp each, and drop into the bowl with the nuts.

Roll balls around in the nuts until each one is covered with pine nuts.

Use remaining nuts as a garnish if desired.
