Keto Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp

Per serving: 184 calories, 25 g protein, 1 g carbohydrates, 9 g fat

Ingredients

  • 8 medium shrimp (16 to 20 weight), peeled and deveined  
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 4 slices raw bacon, cut in half

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F / 190 degrees C.

  2. Peel shrimp and rinse in cold water, removing veins. A small section of shell on the tail is acceptable. Place on a paper towel to dry, then put in a small bowl and reserve.  

  3. Combine salt, pepper and paprika. 

  4. Season shrimp evenly with the seasoning. 

  5. Place bacon slices on a cutting board. Wrap one around each shrimp from the top to the tail, gently pulling the bacon to evenly cover the shrimp. 

  6. Place shrimp on a parchment-lined baking dish and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until bacon browns and shrimp begin to curl.
