Keto Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp

Ingredients
- 8 medium shrimp (16 to 20 weight), peeled and deveined
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- 4 slices raw bacon, cut in half

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F / 190 degrees C.

Peel shrimp and rinse in cold water, removing veins. A small section of shell on the tail is acceptable. Place on a paper towel to dry, then put in a small bowl and reserve.

Combine salt, pepper and paprika.

Season shrimp evenly with the seasoning.

Place bacon slices on a cutting board. Wrap one around each shrimp from the top to the tail, gently pulling the bacon to evenly cover the shrimp.

Place shrimp on a parchment-lined baking dish and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until bacon browns and shrimp begin to curl.
