Keto Bacon and Egg Fat Bombs

Ingredients
- 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- ¼ cup ghee, melted
- 2 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise, sugar-free
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- Pinch black pepper
Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line baking tray with parchment.

Cook bacon in the oven for 12 to 18 minutes, until crispy, and place on paper towels to drain grease. Chop and set aside.

In a medium-sized bowl, combine melted ghee, eggs, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

With a fork, mash all the ingredients in the bowl together.

Place in a refrigerator for up to 2 hours to achieve a scoopable consistency.

With a 1-ounce cookie scoop, scoop refrigerated mixture into balls and roll them in the chopped bacon. Serve and enjoy!
