Irish Soda Bread

Irish Soda Bread

Total Time: 30-35 mins (This will depend on your oven. When testing this recipe, we found that baking time can vary from 20-35 mins depending on how your oven is set.)

Per serving: 0 calories, 0 g protein, 0 g carbohydrates, 0 g fat

Ingredients

Almond Flour - 2 3/4 cups

Sea Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Baking Soda - 1 1/teaspoons

Eggs - 2 large

Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 tablespoons

Fiber Yum - 2 tablespoons (this is a keto-friendly sweetener that has a honey-like consistency)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a bowl, combine dry ingredients:  almond flour, salt, baking soda.

In a separate bowl combine wet ingredients:  eggs, apple cider vinegar, and fiber yum

Mix wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.

Form dough into a large, flat circle.  Make sure that your bread is about 2 inches tall.

Cut a cross in the top of the bread.

Bake on a baking sheet or a cast iron skillet.

Bake at 350°F for about 30-35 minutes or until center is done.

Cool for at least an hour.

Serve with butter or brie!
