Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 176 degrees C.

- Mix wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
- Form dough into a large, flat circle, about 2 inches tall.
- Cut a cross in the top of the bread.
- Bake on a baking sheet or a cast iron skillet for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Cool for at least an hour.
- Serve with butter or brie!
