Ingredients

2 1/2 cups of seeds (1 1/4 cup pumpkin and 1 1/4 cup sunflower)

4 1/2 ounces of Lily’s Chocolate Chips

2 tablespoon coconut oil

1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:

In a double boiler, melt down chocolate and coconut oil.

Mix seeds and chocolate mixture.

Depending on your palate, you might want to add sweetener.  We did not add any sweetener to this recipe because it was sweet enough for us.

Lay out on silicone baking mat or parchment paper.

Freeze for 20 minutes.  Break into smaller pieces.

Store in the freezer!  Smear some organic peanut butter on it, if your macros allow!!

This chocolately seed bark is a great keto dessert.  Eat some at the end of meal to help satisfy your sweet tooth and to help keep you full for hours.  The most challenging part of this recipe is trying not to eat it all!
