BLT Bites

Per serving: 350 calories, 23 g protein, 3 g carbohydrates, 20 g fat

Ingredients

Keto Bread - 2-3 slices, sliced thin (see recipe)

Bacon - 2 slices

Tomatoes - 5-6, cherry or grape

Mayo - 1 tablespoon

Lettuce - 2-3 leaves

Directions:

Cook bacon @ 350 degrees in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until it is crispy.

Bake your keto bread. Try to bake it ahead of time.  You can use it for other sandwiches or french toast throughout the week.  Cut the slices very thin, cut them to the desired thickness of your mini-breads.

Find something small and round to cut the bread molds.  We used the top of a spice container!

Build your mini-sandwiches!  Mayo, lettuce, bacon, tomatoes.

Serve with bell pepper strips.

These mini-BLTs will be a hit with your kids.  Modify them based on your family’s likings.  Maybe you will have to make some without tomatoes or without mayo, be creative!  Use our keto bread recipe for the mini-bread.  We made the keto bread, sliced it thin, and used the top of a spice container to cut the mini-bread!
