Bacon Cheeseburger Fat Bomb
Total Time: 20 minutes (if you cook hamburger meat and bacon, ahead of time)
Serves: 10 fat bombs
Per serving: 170 calories, 7 g protein, 1 g carbohydrates, 14 g fat
Ingredients
Cream Cheese - 4 oz.
Butter - 2 tablespoons
Shredded Cheese - 1/4 cup
Ground Beef cooked with Onions - 1/2 cup (about 2 oz.)
Garnish
Bacon - 4 slices
Shredded Cheese - 1/4 cup
Directions:
Add cream cheese.
Add butter.
Add shredded cheese.
Add ground beef and onion mixture.
Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes, this will make it easier to work with.
Form into tablespoon-sized fat bombs. Roll into balls with your hands, if you want them to look “perfect.”
Chop bacon. Add to cheese for garnish. Roll balls in cheese and bacon.
