Total Time: 1 hour

Serves: 6

Per serving: 160 calories, 5 g protein, 2 g carbohydrates, 15 g fat

Ingredients

Bacon - 4 strips

Coconut Oil - 1/4 cup - at room temp

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - 1/2 cup

Erythritol - 1 tablespoon, powdered

Stevia - 6-8 drops

Directions:

Cook bacon @ 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until crispy.

Combine coconut oil, unsweetened cocoa powder, and erythritol.

Add Stevia.

Mix well until smooth.  If you need to use heat to melt down coconut oil, you might need to add more coconut oil because it the heat thickens the mixture.

Line a dish with parchment paper.

Pour in chocolate mixture.  Place in refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

Chop bacon.

Add bacon crumbles, once the mixture is semi-solid (so that the bacon sticks).

Freeze or refrigerate for 20 more minutes.

Break or cut into pieces.
