Bacon and Egg Waffle Sandwiches

Per serving: 550 calories, 30 g protein, 5 g carbohydrates, 45 g fat

Ingredients

Keto Waffles - 1/2 waffle (see recipe)

Bacon - 2 slices

Eggs - 2 large

Safflower Oil - 1 tablespoon

Directions:

Make our keto waffles.  Use 1/2 waffle per sandwich.  You can make these ahead of time and the crisp them up in the oven @ 350 degrees.

Bake bacon @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until crispy.

In a bowl, mix eggs.  

Get a pan hot over medium-low heat.  The key to fluffy eggs will be cooking them slowly over a medium-low heat.

Add oil to hot pan.  Add egg mixture.  Cook delicately.

Build your sandwiches.  Serve with berries!
