I have only been following your videos for about 4 months now. But the range of benefits I've got from them is just spectacular.

1. From 72 kilos, I am now averaging 61 kilos.

2. Less than 10% of body fat without having to work out too much and I feel more energetic.

3. I have done 48-hour fasting (with just a smoothie of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries & blackberries) in the morning with ease.

4. I feel healthier.

5. I have gotten rid of all the supplement pills I used to take.

6. I am now acne-free and able to control my skin with just a diet. I suffered from severe acne for more than 12 years and the doctors I went to mostly treated my symptoms. You're the one who helped address the cause of it.

7. I am more disciplined in my eating habits and life is easier not having to cook as much or having too many options(most carb-based easy options are junk food).

8. My monthly spending on eating outside has reduced significantly since there are not many healthy options out there.

9. Everywhere I go now, I talk about keto and I am a walking example of how beneficial it can be so people like listening to me.

10. My understanding of how my body works have improved.

11. I used to have a lot of digestive problems before with carbs. I used to blame meat for that but turns out it was all carbs. Now that I hardly eat any carbs, I feel great.

12. I can exercise better with faster results since there's no need for fat burning sometimes despite fasting, I was able to run about 6 km in about 30 minutes and still have energy for the rest of the day.

13. I know you did not "authorize" cheat days. But sometimes I do eat "bad" food but with all that I have learned from you, I can immediately switch back to normality the very next day.

14. Many suggest keto is only to be followed until we get to our objective. But I've embraced it as a lifestyle and I don't think I'll change this habit.

15. Not sure if there is a direct correlation, I have felt happier ever since I've seen improvements in myself.

16. Best part for me after following your videos is that I have not once regretted having a meal as per your suggestions because they are nothing but beneficial.

17. You and Your videos have saved me a ton of money.
