Wish I would have known about this years ago.

The start of my story is probably like many others, over the past two decades I slowly put on weight. From the time I met my wife until 3 months ago I gained 70 lbs. I have always exercised and lifted weights. I have tried to eat whole foods and avoid processed foods, but my trend has always been the same, slowly gain weight over the years. Then with work, stress, and kids, the next thing I know I have high blood pressure, tired all the time and high cholesterol. After trying to correct this with trying to eat "better" with a standard carb-based diet and working out even more, there was little to no change. I did drop a few lbs but the process left me hangry, irritable and exhausted. This is when I started researching even harder and discovered Dr. Berg along with many of the others with the Low Carb Down Under group. This has changed my life. I find it so easy to follow and I feel amazing all the time. I listen to Dr. Berg every day and have learned so much. This week makes 12 weeks of strict "Healthy Keto" and I am down 35 lbs and 5 inches on my waste. Those are just numbers though. What has really mattered is how amazing I feel and how easy this lifestyle is for me to follow. This process has been so amazing to me that whenever my family and friends ask I did it, I explain to them that it is easy, just follow a healthy keto diet. I tell them the first thing you need to do is check out Dr. Berg. He can answer just about any question you may have on how to do it and how it works. God Bless Dr Berg!
