Wife's Mistake Changed My life

One day, my wife bought too many packs of flour tortillas. I told her not to worry, I'd figure out a way to eat them before they went bad. Now, I had always been one to eat my "heart healthy " oats, my fruits and vegetables but, so my wife wouldn't feel bad, I started making breakfast burritos with the tortillas and scrambled eggs. I immediately noticed I wasn't as bloated after eating. I then looked up eggs because I had always heard they were bad for you. That's when I discovered your videos. I first cut the grains then the fruit and starchy vegetables. I now do intermittent fasting and 1 prolonged fast per month. I went from 212 to 170 pounds. Two years and 40 pounds later it's the best mistake my wife ever made.
