How I dropped my blood sugar

Hi Doctor Berg; I was having high blood sugars in the morning around 2:10 on my glucose meter. Experiencing the dawn effect each morning. Then I watched one of your videos, actually, I watch many of them but in this particular one you were talking about the importance of zinc and I started taking a product that I get from Costco which is calcium citrate with magnesium, zinc, and vitamin D3. This is the only correlation that I can make as my diet has not changed in the time I've been taking this product. I went from a a1c of 10.4 and even though I lost 70 lb of weight and I am now 6'2 I weigh a 175 I have a BMI of 22 that did not change the dawn effect. I am not a proponent for taking metformin though in the beginning I took metformin and I also took glipizide that did not help. After beginning the four mentioned supplement now My fasting glucose is typically around 1:10 as opposed to 210. And after I have eaten breakfast which typically I have a couple strips of bacon and a couple of eggs a cup of coffee and 3 oz of milk. My blood sugars will run anywhere from 85 to 95. Which I believe this will balance out over the course of 3 months, and I will probably have dropped my a1c's from 10.4 to no more than 6.0. So thank you for all that you do and that piece of advice I believe that nugget has helped me to greatly improve my blood sugars. Respectfully Deal in body from Lowell Michigan.
