Deborah Cartwright|What a Difference a Year Makes!

One year and 10 months ago, I was diagnosed with a lung condition called Bronchospasm. It is an inflammatory condition caused primarily by too many Bronchitis infections, so I was told. It causes difficulty breathing, but unlike asthma, it does not respond to rescue inhalers. I started having to take strong doses of a powder steroid and from there, my health deteriorated further. I had to leave a job I loved, and I began to feel hopeless. I also had other inflammatory conditions, as I had operations for endometriosis two years ago and a Mirena coil implant to manage it. I was always in pain, and I also had chronic fatigue and the beginning of arthritis to boot! I discovered Dr. Berg's videos and began Healthy Keto with fasting on 31st of August 2020. A year later and my life could not be more different. The hospital lung consultant has signed me off their treatment plan. I have lost weight despite going through menopause and having a Mirena. All my other ailments and health issues have completely vanished to! I am 53 now, but going on 23. All my menopause symptoms have vanished as well, and I have to remind myself that I am not in my twenties. This is because in fact, I feel better now than when I was in my twenties! I always had ENT infections, or gynaecological pain when I was young. I am now training to long distance and mountain hike. A year ago, I could not have even walked up the street without gasping for breath! I didn't do this for vanity, or purely for weight. I did this to try and claw my life back before it was too late. But what I got back exceeded all my expectations and was far better than the life I had before! Thank you Dr Eric Berg for being you and all that you do, you have literally saved my life.
