I saw the pic of before and after of your face and mine was the same. I don't eat meat but had replaced it with, noodles, bread, rice, and pasta. I have replaced carbs with a limit of 50 grams a day. I fast for at least 24 hours and drink green tea. My clothes are falling off, my skin looks great with my face losing all its puffiness and I feel more focused. Thank you, Dr. Berg.
