Weight off waist in less time !

Even though I knew some of the issues exposed by Dr. Berg in his videos, I have been following closely on his sharing of knowledge based on scientific research.. TRUTH! I started the keto diet on Feb. 1 and in 6 months and 19 days, I went from 210 pounds and high blood pressure to (this morning) 167 pounds. Basically, 170 reached!!! That's 40 pounds in half a year! Zero alcohol and very low carbs. I have included salmon, sardines, tuna, and lots of greens and pistachios. I used Dr. Berg's wheatgrass daily and add some of the lemonade-tasting electrolyte powder to that. Doing this has helped with the fasting! I have been doing an 18/6 ratio of no food and food during those 6 hours that start in the afternoon and not past 8 pm. The simple but detailed explanations of the different metabolic processes given by Dr. Berg are impressive and so accurate that it really helps lose the fat fast and without body damage. Thanks to him... and congratulations on all your hard work Dr. Berg.
