I got clear Idea about Intermittent fasting, ketosis, kidney stones,sugar,liver functioning, fatty liver and all the videos that you posted in your channel. I benefited from these videos during my weight loss journey, your videos are very clear get the exact concepts of functioning of human body. I watched lot of videos posted by lot of channel ,but your videos are very clear and useful for me ,I subscribed your channel and I lost nearly 30 kgs of my body weight from 107kgs by water fasting &Intermittent fasting. I saw lots of videos in you tube I struggled lot with my Body weight from last 15-20 years. Everytime I decided to reduce my weight I do hard exercises ,I go gym but can't lose my weight below 85 kgs. But by water fasting I lose lot of my weight. I practiced 3 day water fasting ,then 5 day water fasting then I came to know this is very beneficial I lost 1 kg for one day of water fasting. Then I did Intermittent fasting and water fasting alternatively and lose my weight in 6-7 months. Now I am clear about my body. Now my height is 5.86 ft and I am maintaining my weight from 72- 75 and I decided to lose some more weight to keep my weight to around 67kg. I have watched all the videos that are needed for my weight loss. I am still watching your video and every time you post the videos I will get notifications and I will see the video of that is necessary for me. I learned a lot from your videos and got clear Ideas. I watched not only your videos but also I watched lots of videos posted by others in you tube channel and got inspired and I started weight loss process and I reduced my weight. Now my aim is to lose some more weight my be 7- 8 kgs and maintaining that weight for living happy life. Now I am concentrating on on sugar, salt, water intake, electrolyte balance. WHO recommend sugar intake 2tsp / 10 grams per day and sodium from salt intake 1 tsp / 5.68 grams around 2700mg of sodium per day .I decided to monitor my sugar ,salt ,water intake.Thanks a lot for your videos...
