I’m 30 years old, I do construction full time, I’m very active, but my weight was always an issue. I was just kinda chubby around my thighs and lower belly. I tried a lot of diets, drinks, powders, etc. So I started watching Dr. Berg's videos on youtube, they were simple and easy to understand. So I told myself, I’m just gonna listen to Dr. Berg and no one else and see what happens. Well.......I started at 290lbs, and now I’m 249lbs!!! 41lbs gone! I do prolonged fasting, one meal a day, and sometimes I eat bad once in a great while, but I do the same thing everyday and just repeat! Thank you Dr. Berg! You know your stuff and you are all I listen to! My goal weight is 220lbs! I’m not to far off!
