Hi Dr. Berg, I am 47 years old single not married. I was once 54.5 kg ideal weight. 4 years ago, dad got ill and I took care of him, staying in hospital, my weight gained to 68 then 77kg. I am a gym freak 27 years back but after dad passed away. I couldn't cope with my work and stress well like when I was younger. So one day, I vomited blood not much, slight blood my gums are bleeding, my hair start falling. Gone for health screening I hear things I don't wish to hear.

My dad was a legendary sportsman, we follow his training technics, he passed away because he was dizzy while walking to a shop to buy a newspaper, he fell and hit his head and then gets seizure. But during his admission, doctors shared my dad's kidney is in good condition, his heart functions better than the young ones. So our family doesn't have a serious illness as me and my, siblings follow dad's footstep. But then I still don't like the results, not bad but just an ugly truth about my body system. So I watched your video, no keto just intermittent fasting for12 hours, 18, 20 hours then 24 hrs every day with 4x stretching exercise at home, no Carbo, no sugary drinks, just coffee once and green tea at night. Guess what? After 2 months I lost 73kg, it was slow because my weight loss was stagnant, then I.changed it to 24 hrs with stretching exercise plus good sleep, a week I m losing 0.9 kg sometimes 1 kg if I jog.

So I will keep on doing what I do maybe increase my fasting hours to 36 maybe if can. What I noticed was my skin looks better, my focus is better, my work yield results, I noticed look younger haha.. I'm sure I'm gonna hit 54.5 kg before this Sept. or Oct.
