By the time I finished University in Wales, I had gained around 90lbs over a 5 year period, largely from alcohol and an unstructured diet consisting of fast food and snacks. I began looking for diets that were sustainable and I came across your youtube channel. I haven't actually started Keto yet, although I plan to, but the structure of intermittent fasting and eating organic meats and vegetables for around 10 months has lost me just over 100lbs already. Currently on an average day I have my first meal at 1230 and my last meal at 1630. I workout at 1130 prior to eating every day, apart from Sunday and I usually do cardio twice a week and calisthenics four days a week. Even without Keto, I can fast for 48 hours without feeling fatigue or hungry, which I do roughly once every 2 weeks at the moment. My most common mistake with fasting is drinking something I shouldn't, or putting sugar and milk in my coffee without thinking. My advice to someone would be to follow your youtube videos as they are very good, clear and concise but also to the point and not drawn out to fit more adverts in your videos which is very appreciated. I'd also advise someone to start intermittent fasting gradually, making adjustments as they progress and improve their diet, and the same approach to exercise. Thank you for the videos and information! I hope you keep doing what you're doing as it's appreciated by many.
