I had a corporate job for the last 11 years before I retired. I was very unhealthy and sedentary and topped out at 287 lbs. I decided to get back in shape and did all of the things I did before....less portions, watched calorie intake, started walking 2 to 3 miles every day at a reasonable pace. After about 4 months, I managed to get down to about 270 and could not drop anymore weight. I managed to run into an old girlfriend and she convinced me to do your Keto plan. After about 3 months, I had little to no progress. I was about to stop and then I went back and watched your videos again and we compared notes and we agreed I was doing something wrong. I doubled down on the eggs, bacon, broccoli and then was doing steak or burgers (no bread) broccoli and romaine salad and your choco shake and made sure I watched my fasting and 3 months later I weighed in at 205 lbs! 65 lbs less! Went from a tight 44-inch waist and XXX t-shirts to XL shirts and 36 to 38-inch waist. I can honestly say, I believe you saved my life. I was taking 4 pills a day for Type II diabetes, 4 pills per day for high blood pressure and 2 pills per day for acid reflux. 3 years later, I am a few lbs heavier but still wearing the same size clothes. I take NO pills for type II diabetes, only 1 pill for hyper tension and 1 pill for acid reflux.. I went from an A1C of 12 to A1C of 6.2. Barry L Glendale Arizona
