I was very skeptical to try intermittent fasting or keto but I’ve been on every other diet since menopause hit ten years ago and figured I had nothing to lose but weight. Surprisingly enough, I am NOT hungry and I’ve lost 17 lbs in two months! Time went by so quickly, it’s great to finally start shedding this weight. I have 11 more lbs to go before I am back down to pre-Covid weight. It’s working so nicely that I hope to be able to lose even more. Thank you, Dr. Berg.
