Way more energy

I used to be so tired that even after 12 hours of sleep I was still very tired and barely able to work, among many other problems, with skin, bones, muscles, tendons, headaches. After studying Dr. Berg’s videos for a while, I understood what I was doing wrong with my food choices. I started to do healthy keto and intermittent fasting: my life very much improved within a few days. The change experienced is completely incredible. My focus is much higher (while I was barely able to study before that), my needs for sleep are very much reduced to 7 hours and I feel very rested despite now I also do a lot more physical activities. My skin is now about 10 years younger and is still improving a lot weekly. I have age spots reducing and disappearing. I no more joints pain which was horrible before that. I’m also much calm, I have a lot less stress now. I also had a bloated belly which made me very ashamed of my body. I had tried all kinds of abs exercises to get it to disappear. Nothing worked. Until I used Dr. Berg’s videos on healthy keto and intermittent fasting for 3 days in a row. I was fasting for a minimum of 16 hours. And I saw my defined abs....without any exercise! Dr. Berg’s videos are incredibly helpful, most often short and to the point. I find his electrolytes formula absolutely essential to how long I’m able to fast. Fasting more than a day, as long as I have enough nutrients, has been such a life-changing tool. I didn’t have to lose fat but I still was in such bad health in all kinds of ways. And within a few months of following Dr. Berg’s principles, I am a new person. Thank you so much Dr. Berg and to your great team too. You are absolutely the pioneers of this new civilisation being created.
