Vitamin K2

I went Plant-Based for a year plus and started to have problems with my teeth. I found some videos on youtube from doctors and dentists about Vitamin K2 and in my last 4 dental visits, I had no cavities or pre cavities, my gut health has improved, my sleep apnea has improved. Barely have any doctor's appointments anymore. Right now, I try to stay on a Pollotarian diet so at least I can get Vitamin K2 from chicken, munster, eggs, and fermented vegetables. The only things Im working on right now is a low salt diet and weight loss. A world of change can happen when you listen to doctors/dentists on youtube about nutrition with credentials instead of random people on Facebook.. Thanks for the info, and I'm hoping other people can be more aware, thanks. I can even tell when i bite down that my teeth feel stronger than before.
