I started off with fasting by one meal a day (OMAD) In April 2019, starting at 84kg. I decided to change my lifestyle since I wasn't sleeping well, suffering from PTSD episodes, losing my hair aswell as becoming insulin resistant. After 9 months I dropped the fat around the mid section and love handle area and decided to do 16/8 fasting programme suggested by Dr Eric Berg focusing on healthy fats and superfoods like pumpkin seeds, wheatgrass, grassfed proteins and eggs. Now (June 2021) I weigh 66kg have more energy and confidence that has dramatically improved my quality of life and my family's health.
