I was committed to losing the weight gained during my pregnancy so I rejoined the gym and was working out as much as I could. I felt fit and toned and was well on my way, but then the Pandemic happened. I didn't know what to do. I had tried and failed at the 5:2 diet earlier. A year down the line, the weight was back. In March 2021, I discovered Dr. berg and started following his advice. I tried having Bulletproof coffee for the first time and found that I liked it! I have also pushed the evening meal early and all of those things have helped me lose weight. I find holidays challenging but now I know what to do if I regain weight.
