I found the Keto plan watching Dr. Berg by coincidence. I was too heavy at (88), I didn't follow any particular diet. I started Keto some 4-5 months ago, my health has dramatically improved, lower blood sugar , lower insulin index, lower blood pressure from 140/90/65 to 118/78/56, and stable!! + weight loss down to 81 kg. Morning bacon, egg, 1/2 an avocado 2 tomatoes, at 9.30 hours, 2nd. meal: approx. 17.00 steak OR fish: salmon/mackerel/sardines, always with celery, tomato, avocado ruccola, dressing garlic+olive oil (Italien cold-pressed virgin oil) + ACV, rest of the day: nothing!!! I walk 2.5km every day+ swim every 2nd. day: 2km. I followed your videos, and everything has gone to plan, my doctor thinks my LDL is too high at 115, but doesn't even know what a lipid test is, neither has he heard about sdLDL, so it's me against the doctor, which is fine by me!!! 3 pieces of advice: discipline, discipline, and discipline !!! I feel absolutely great now, and of course, I won't stop!!!
