The best diet!

I kept my weight pretty good for over 40 years but when I hit 50, I started to gain weight. I was 5'3 and 125 lbs for a long time but it went up to 135 lbs and I had an ugly sagging belly. So my pants size also went from 8 to 10. I started Keto diet on 7/5 this year and lost 14 lbs in 2 months. This is just by switching food without any exercise. My maximum weight loss is 10 lbs in 3 months with diet and vigorous exercise so it is much better. What I loved about Dr. Berg's program is the thorough education. I was watching some other people's YouTube videos and read several books but mostly about recipes. What I wanted to know was the theory or principle behind diet so it makes sense. I'll continue with this program even after I achieve my goal (yes, just 1 lb. to go.) I'm sharing this information with my friend and family in every opportunity. Thank you, Dr. Berg!
