Tennis Balls and Sciatica

Several years ago, I was having leg pain that was especially troubling when I was driving. You suggested getting massages deeply all down the back of the leg, starting high on the hip. I couldn't get my husband to do that...but you had also suggested sitting on a tennis ball on the painful side and little by little moving it down the thigh. It worked! I keep a tennis ball in a sock in my car for this purpose. I find all your videos very helpful. thanks!!
