For about 1.5 years, I was noticing having real struggles going up and down the stairs with my right leg. I kept having to compensate with my left leg to go up or down. I believe I have been experiencing some increased inflammation in my knee joints. After going about a week without sugar or carbs and eating 1 or 2 times a day I started to be able to climb with no pain. I attribute it to changing my diet thanks to Dr. Berg.
