I have been on your Beginner's Keto with the 3 days, three meals, 3 days two meals, and then 3 days 1.5 meals. It has been so successful! I am 4.5 weeks in now and somehow my body transitioned to OMAD eating. I am now down 19 lbs!! In 4.5 weeks!! Thank you for your help and videos. Education is the key to good health.
