Stubborn fat cells
By: Arlene Sauerhoefer
Let's just say I’m gorgeous, always have been, still am at 61, I look 31. My 31-year-old son, was in a motorcycle accident last May. The stress that has brought me (all of us actually), I believe has greatly contributed to a weight gain of 40 lbs. & wants to remain there. Not being successful in this keto challenge, however, I did lose inflammation & which feels like a ton of lost weight. So, I eat the right things, drink the right things, do some walking & take many beneficial supplements. I’m healthy, never had PMS or change of life issues, take no meds except an occasional Xanax when I can’t shut my mind off. Try to stick to OMAD & snack on pecans & pistachios (sometimes grapefruit, you do, so why can’t I?) I drink diluted 2 tablespoons of acv in the am & pm, also lemon water from 1 lemon daily. My son is coming along doing well, I also raise his 7 year old. I’m an incredibly busy worry wart. Yes, I sleep well most of the time. I have not let myself go. I am going to begin doing what I’ve done successfully many years ago & begin the original Jane Fonda 25 minute workout, without allowing it to stress me out & raise cortisol even more. Yes, I know how to breath too. My photo is of me prior & current not loosing weight. I could use more prayer, God knows your videos give great knowledge, thank you & God bless.
