Stress blocking effective of Keto diet & IF

I’ve been following Dr. Berg for a few years. Last summer, I began the Healthy Keto diet with IF and had little success. I returned to work in September as a Preschool TA and continued with Healthy Keto & IF. My school was an in-person 5 days a week school with a larger number of needy students than an average year. It was the most stressful year we’ve ever had. I gained a weight of 5 lbs by January. February my coworker had stress cardiomyopathy- broken heart syndrome. Her arteries were clear, with no blockage, this is a completely stress-related heart attack. She did make a full recovery. I never lost any weight by end of the school year. 2 weeks after school was out, I had lost 3 lbs! I was doing the same Healthy Keto and IF as during the school year. Dr. Berg's videos helped me understand how stress and raised cortisol were effecting my metabolism. So I was inspired to fast, did my first 72hour fast. Lost 6 Lbs and had amazing energy plus all the other benefits! Best of all since the fast I’ve been steadily loosing weight. I am down 13.6Lbs now and I am feeling REALLY GREAT & healthy. I’ve resigned my TA position. I’m inspired and have started up a new business of flipping furniture. The stress had to go for me to live a healthy lifestyle. Thank you Dr. Berg for the education I’ve received thru your videos!!! I had to “Get healthy to lose weight.”
