Stop eating rice, bread and sugar

I am from Taiwan and living in Hungary for 20 years. my weight is growing each and every year bit by bit since I moved to Hungary 20 years ago from roughly 75kg to 82kgs. I am from Asia so I eat rice every day and of course adding bread after I came to Budapest. I used to keep my body weight under 78kgs but during coronavirus lockdown, it became out of control. One day, I was checking videos on youtube and found Dr. Berg's programs which attract me and re-educate me of the things I eat every day. Then I try to eat as less as possible of rice, bread, sugar, and other snacks, adding eggs, salad, and white meats to my diet list. I have been through the first weeks of difficulties of constipation, headache, weakness but after 1.5 months later I lost 7kgs and have less hungry than before. the happiest thing is my constipation has gone. Without Dr. Berg, I would have not known what carbs is. Thank you again for your great heart to help us to understand all this. Wish more people can see your programs and live a better life!
