Starting out, but feeling better

I started intermitted fasting only a week ago with an eating window of 4 hours in the mid-morning. For a few days, I was very hungry in the evenings until one day I didn’t feel hungry in the evening. That day, I had stopped eating at noon and did not eat until the next day at noon. I didn’t feel hungry but decided to eat the next day after 24 hours of fasting I was hungry when the food was in front of me and enjoyed the taste of the food better than I’ve had when not fasting. I’m switching my eating window to mid-day, and about to start a more Keto Diet and also off to the health store to stock up on my vitamins. I’m focusing on the healing of my fatty, though I’ve not been diagnosed with it (yet.) I think having a healthy liver is the best thing you can do for your body. I’ll be saving money, feeling better as I go through this and likely erase any damage there may have been. I’m good at self promises and I’ve promised myself to do this full out, but work my way to it in the coming month(s) and years ahead. Your videos are very informative and helpful. Thank you!
