Started keto diet and fasting on Aug 18, 2021

I started leaning toward a keto diet around Aug 18, 2021. I gained 20 lb of isolation in the house because of Covid. I have a bad back and the extra 20 pounds was really affecting it. So I decided to get healthy,  eat better, and lose weight. I hate both but I started exercising more and fasting a little bit. Mainly skipping breakfast. But I was eating normal food.

I lost 15-20 pounds but I wanted to go further healthwise. I started researching about healthy foods for the body and for diet and came across videos on YouTube. That’s where I learned about keto and intermittent fasting. My sister does intermittent fasting and keto and she has lost over 60 pounds. She shops at Trader Joe’s and only buy organic foods and I would laugh at her. But now I’m doing the same thing laughing at myself.

I found DR. BERG'S Channel and I instantly subscribed. I’ve bought the virgin olive oil that you suggested on the Amazon affiliate link, and I bought a bunch of keto bread, sauces and I’m only buying organic or grass-fed produce! My favorite video of yours is about the eggs! If you can make a video researching what grocery stores actually sell and let us know the exact best company to buy from, that would be great!

I did my own research and I found out that vital farm eggs are the best ones to buy! I eat at least 4-5 eggs a day as you suggested, and I feel great! I hope you continue to make great videos to help people. Thank you so much I feel great! Also, I’ve lost another 3 pounds since starting the keto diet on August 18, 2021. It is now September 28, 2021, I think I’m at my optimal weight. I’m not skinny and I’m not fat and I feel great, I have a new source of energy, and have a great attitude every day! This diet is amazing.
