So so simple...

I am 55 years old man, married with 3 children. I am 6' 2'' and in November 2020 weighed 215 pounds. I stumbled across Dr. Berg in November 2020 and I got to learn of Keto. Because I no longer commute due to lockdown restrictions, etc. I had an extra hour a day to cook a meal. So I gave Keto a go. I simply cut out bread, cakes deserts, etc, and replaced it with eggs meat fish cheese, and full cream, and loads and loads of vegetables cooked every which way with butter and or olive oil. I started eating 3 meals a day, 2 small and 1 main meal and after 2/3 months moved to 2 a day. Result despite being well-fed, better fed than before, I have lost 29 pounds in 7 months. I don't get hungry, enjoy great food and my body doesn't crave sweet stuff. I wish I knew about Keto 25 years ago. My waist size has dropped from 38'' to 34''. I feel great.
