My name is Yoshi and I am 12, recently I could only get 3 hours of sleep every night which is over 5 hours loss of sleep. This affected my social and school life as I was constantly yawning and was not answering questions as best to my ability. So I thought Dr. Berg might have some advice, and he did. The issue was my mobile phone, it was less than a meter from my head. So the next night I had moved it 7 feet away from my bed and switched on flight mode and when I woke up in the morning, my fitbit said I had 7 hours of sleep. These tips were very helpful.
