skinny pre-diabetc low fat vegan > KETO

My KETO success story:
I've been a skinny low-fat vegetarian/mostly vegan for about 23 years and ended up as pre-diabetic with tons of nutrient deficiencies and a sick body, although I didn´t eat processed sugar. I did mostly fiber + sugar from fruit + carbs.
I had serious depression, anxiety, low-stress level, headaches, migraines. I also had a flabby body, broken nails, hair loss when stressed, and broken and enlarge arteries on both of my lower legs and had surgery on them at the age of 40. I had serious left-sided scoliosis because of Vit. D3 deficiency too. I only could maintain my weight by working out ( going for a run ) every single day! Thanks to Dr. Berg, I am 3 years on KETO now. EVERYTHING has changed, all my symptoms are mostly gone due to KETO. I straighten up my spine with precise stretches + Yoga and set it in stone with a Vit. D3 supplement.
