Six-pack quest

I've been sporting heavily for many years but always had a gut, took it for normal, and chose to not look at it and accept it as a part of my body. Carb was a big big part of my diet, plates of fried rice and pasta were my staple food. For once in my life, I want a six-pack, for once I want to see how far I can push it. Decided to try keto and IF on my own, while doing research I stumbled upon Dr. Berg's YouTube channel and learned so much about clean keto and the benefits of IF, been doing two meals a day with zero snacks, 6-18 now, not only did I lost 12KG in two months, my energy through the day is so much better and my skin looks a few years younger. I am confident I will get my six-pack, it's a matter of discipline and time with the help of Dr Berg! Thank you Dr Berg!!!
