Self pride
By: Richard Kelly
After raising a family of five children with my wife and years of hard work and support for all my family, I finally got to take care of my own wellbeing... so gym membership was activated, and off I went onto my own wellbeing journey. But alas after months of good old-fashioned exercise, it still wasn't right... flabby gut... skinny legs...and bloating, so I decided to research my nutrition habits and where I might be going wrong. I had heard of low carb diet but it didn't really fit with the food I like, so I typed into Google..... eggs and bacon diet, just for fun as they are one of my favorite meals, and sure enough YouTube links flew in. One link caught my eye... eggs on the ketogenic diet....yes you guessed it, it was Dr. Berg with his dry and witty sense of humor advising not to consume too many eggs..(not)..haha. I am now an avid fan from the UK and Dr. Berg is my go to YouTube friend for most of my queries. My fitness levels and energy levels are as good as when I was in my 30s. I am now 58 and fighting fit. I have recently ascended mount Snowdon with 3 of my children and definitely owe some thanks to Dr. Berg..... Ritchie.K
