Runnaway from weight

Hi Dr. Berg, I came to a point when I understand I have to lose my body weight. So I started to search on the internet and youtube for the remedies and I found your youtube channel. After viewing many of your videos, I did test them and I did the following: 1. I stopped eating sugar-related foods. For the first 3-4 days, it was very hard no to consume sugar, but I have managed that. 2. After I lost my appetite for sugar, I have reduced my meals from 6-7 to 3 meals a day. 3. Changed my food menu, to a more healthy food menu. 4. after 1 month, I changed to 2 meals a day 16hour gap between 1 meal and second meal for 4-6h meal. 5. Started to do exercise, running + gym with a little interval no more than 30min per training. 6. After 3 months, that is now, I have started the 18hour gap between a 1 meal. Will see how much more weight I will lose, it will be difficult to measure, because of the muscle mass growth. Summary: In 2 months' time, I have lost 15kg. From time to time I still do eat unhealthy food, but the results are fantastic. P.S. I am living in Europa, and the food here is a little bit different than in USA. Kind regards, Janis
