Reversed Atrial Fibrillation and Arrhythmia

Short: Within four months of incorporating his suggestion of eating 7-10 cups of salad a day and taking advantage of both his Electrolyte Powder (which includes both Potassium and Magnesium citrate) and D3 & K2 supplements, I reversed both Atrial Fibrillation and Arrhythmia.

Long: For two years before discovering Dr. Berg, I had intuitively practiced a low-carb diet and OMAD (One Meal A Day) regimen to address many health issues I was having. I reversed over 15 symptoms (what Dr. Berg subsequently taught me were) of Metabolic Syndrome. However, I did not reverse either Atrial Fibrillation or Arrhythmia. When I discovered Dr. Berg, I recognized the correlation of the benefits he proclaimed of his suggested health regimen with that of my experience. For the first time in my life, I was sold on a doctor's advice regarding diet and supplementation, so I added his suggestions to my regimen. Within four months of incorporating his suggestion of eating 7-10 cups of salad a day and taking advantage of both his Electrolyte Powder (which includes both Potassium and Magnesium citrate) and D3 & K2 supplements, I had reversed both the Atrial Fibrillation and Arrhythmia. My salad regimen was of only 50 to 60% fidelity; however, on days when I did not eat those salads, I supplemented my diet with additional Dr. Berg supplements: Cruciferous Superfood, Nutritional Yeast, Vitamin C Complex, Trace Minerals, Cod Liver Oil
